Ralston House is dedicated

to helping children and teens

heal from the trauma of

sexual, physical and/or

emotional abuse.

It is the only

child advocacy center

in Jefferson County, Colorado

and is a lifeline

for some of Colorado's

most vulnerable citizens

. . . innocent children

and adolescents

who have been abused.

How We Help

Ralston House helps

young people and their families

start the healing process

after being violated

in the most vicious

and horrifying of crimes.

Ralston House is a safe

and friendly place

where children can tell

their stories and

receive medical care,

victim advocacy services

and emotional support.

Services are in collaboration

with law enforcement

and social services.

Children who are

sexually abused

and don’t receive help

are at a greater risk than

the general population

of attempting suicide,

developing eating

disorders,

abusing drugs and alcohol.

We are able to reduce

the trauma to children,

assist the legal system

in efforts to hold

offenders accountable,

and educate the community

about child abuse

and how to

protect our children.

The mission of Ralston House is to provide professional, comprehensive services for sexually, physically and/or emotionally abused children and their families in a safe place, so they can share their stories and begin to heal.

One With Courage

One with Courage is a national initiative centered around the courage it takes to talk about child sexual abuse and the unique role children’s advocacy centers play in providing comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate services to child victims of abuse.

The Colorado Children's Alliance has launched this public awareness campaign in Colorado as part of the national intiative - ColoradoCAC.org/onewithcourage
